It can be hard removing the straw/tube the first few times you do it. This is because the tube has to be properly secured to stay in place at all times. With some force and a firm grip, carefully pull only in one direction - straight up from the bottle cap, whilst holding the plastic piece inside the bottle cap, and the tube should come off.
Remember to keep the plastic piece with the tube whilst not in use, as you need this if you want to re-attach it in future.

All of our flasks are easy to clean. The bite valves are removable and all the parts can be cleaned in warm soapy water. Rinse well before hanging them upside down. It is important to make sure all parts are properly dry before reassembling.
To help keep the flasks fresher for longer, we recommend storing them in the freezer. This prevents the build up of bacteria and mould.
