CrossFit and Cancer

We couldn’t be more proud to announce that one of our CrossFit athletes, Ollie Glass, has been published in the CrossFit journal. Ollie has done extensive research on the effects of CrossFit and functional training during and after cancer treatment.

“Right now we’ve been using therapies for cardio diseases in cancer patients,” he said. “But in the future it may be proven that mixed-modal training, like CrossFit, elicits the greatest effects. We just don’t know yet.”
