A tough race by Amy Rusiecki
It was an amazing but challenging course – I’m proud of what I accomplished because it really was outside of my comfort zone to do such a mountainous 100-miler. However, I had a strong enough day to finish 3rd female and 17th overall. The Roclite 268s were awesome to grip the rocky technical terrain, the inov-8 Race Vest provided ample storage for up to 2-hour between aid stations, and I was fortunate to have the inov-8 long sleeve shirt to pull on at night to keep me warm up on the ridge.
